Family, Finances & Frenzy

Money Personalities and Preparing Financially for Long Term Care

Caren Naidoff led a great discussion on the different money personalities and how the different types (for example, the “Money Hoarder”, the “Money Spender”, the “Money Avoider”, etc.) interact. Caren also discussed the importance of designating a “Family CFO” as the lead person in the family to navigate through all financial decisions. Alan Press then tied the discussion in to estate planning and planning for long-term care.

The discussion drew the interest of a full-house and our host, Belmont Village of Buffalo Grove, IL in collaboration with the Buffalo Grove Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, could not have been nicer.
