Business Law
We assist clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, as well as the review of contracts, leases, buy-sell agreements and all types of business agreements. We can also assist you with tax issues and tax preparation for sole proprietorships, LLCs, corporations and partnerships.
CORPORATE Law
We assist in the formation of corporations, partnerships and LLCs, as well as act as the Registered Agent for those entities. This service may include guidance on tax issues and entity selection, as well as the preparation of shareholder agreements, board and shareholder minutes and resolutions, partnership agreements, and operating agreements for LLCs.
