OUR PROGRAM:
At Shire Law Group, PC® our relationships with our clients and their families are at the core of all we do. That’s why we have developed the Premier Estate Planning Program, a maintenance estate planning program designed with our clients’ best interest in mind. Through this Program, we offer constant accessibility and support which gives us the opportunity to better serve our clients, especially as situations occur which may dictate a need to modify an estate plan.
For a convenient annual fee, the Program benefits our clients with:
An annual meeting to review existing estate planning documents that have been designed and drafted by us.
An annual routine update of existing estate planning documents that have been designed and drafted by us.
Notifications of current developments that may affect an existing estate plan.
Annual routine updates to an estate plan including: changing trustees, executors or agents under powers of attorney; changing beneficiaries or allocation percentages; and other minor changes to an existing plan.
Updated Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives every three years.
A complimentary meeting with a successor trustee in the event of a client’s illness, disability or death.
An invitation to your successor trustees and agents to attend our Trustee School so that they may learn about their responsibilities under your plan.
A complimentary portfolio review to coordinate with your estate plan.
Client access to our Shire Law Group, PC® Team through complimentary phone calls.
Client access to our Shire Law Group, PC® Team through complimentary e-mail correspondence.
